Internship Evaluations Forms & Expectations

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  1. Complete the online form prior to the internship beginning: Click here to complete.
  2. Midterm evaluation: Submit one progress report online. Click here to submit.
    • Submit by July 1 for summer internships.
  3. Final Evaluation: Submit a final evaluation of the intern’s performance. Same online form here.
    1. Submit by August 31 for summer internships.
  4. Forms are password protected. Please email Kirk Wakefield for more information.

Intern Responsibilities

  1. Be on time. Five minutes early is on time. If you are on time, you are late.
  2. Invest quality time/effort throughout every work hour.
  3. Perform all tasks with enthusiasm.
  4. Communicate directly with the supervisor regarding all/any changes in schedule.
  5. Be creative.
  6. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of sales & CRM processes.
  7. Think critically and constructively.
  8. Willingly accept new challenges. Volunteer.
  9. Over-deliver on commitment to internship. Finish all jobs.
  10. Demonstrate professional conduct & respect toward all associates. Specifically, demonstrate excellence in:
    • Communication: verbal/oral
    • Communication: writing
    • Honesty/Integrity
    • Teamwork
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Initiative/self-starting
    • Work ethic
    • Analysis/problem-solving
    • Flexibility/adaptability
